Due to many cancellations this last year, we have to enforce a cancellation policy. You must give a 48 hour notice of cancellation, otherwise the card you have on file will be charged a nonrefundable 50% fee of the service price booked or a nonrefundable 100% fee for doing a complete no show 15 minutes after your scheduled appointment. We understand life happens sometimes. Time is valuable to all of us!
